SMS program and consent process

Messages drivers may receive

Dynamic Transportation LLC sends non-marketing operational text messages only to authorized company drivers. Messages may include load assignments, pickup and delivery instructions, appointment times, route or schedule changes, equipment and maintenance notices, safety alerts, and replies to driver questions.

How drivers consent

Drivers voluntarily provide affirmative consent during employee onboarding before text messages are sent. Consent is obtained either through a signed paper SMS consent form or through direct verbal authorization given to an authorized Dynamic Transportation dispatcher or manager.

Required messaging disclosures

Before consent is collected, drivers are informed that message frequency varies according to work activity, message and data rates may apply, and they may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Consent to SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or service. Drivers who decline text messaging may receive dispatch information by telephone or another approved method.

Mobile information

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Important: This website does not collect telephone numbers or enroll users into the SMS program. Driver consent is documented during onboarding through the paper or verbal process described above.
