These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to operational text messages sent by Dynamic Transportation LLC to drivers and other authorized recipients.
Program description
The Dynamic Transportation Driver Dispatch SMS Program sends non-marketing operational messages. Messages may include load assignments, pickup and delivery information, appointment times, schedule or route changes, equipment and maintenance notices, safety alerts, and replies to driver questions.
How recipients opt in
Drivers may voluntarily opt in during onboarding by signing a paper consent form or by providing direct verbal authorization to an authorized Dynamic Transportation dispatcher or manager. Before consent is collected, the driver is informed of the types of messages, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that the driver may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or service. A driver who declines text messaging may receive dispatch information by telephone or another approved method.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on work activity and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After an opt-out request, the recipient may receive one final confirmation message.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance. Recipients may also contact Dynamic Transportation at (734) 625-7070 or dynamictrans@outlook.com.
Supported carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by the recipient's wireless carrier.
Privacy
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review our Privacy Policy.
